For advice and Installation, here at Living Needs we have the expertise when it comes to ramps. Available in a range of styles and finishes to suit individual requirements, we can supply and install or deliver in sections for easy assembly if you’d rather. We also supply portable folding and telescopic ramps.

We can custom build full handrail systems inside and outside the home, all weather solutions are also available. We provide anti- slippage flooring and all access ramps come with full safety features.
Adaptations or access aids are designed to benefit disabled individuals or those with mobility issues. There are many options to choose from, most are non intrusive in design and look.

We can undertake most minor and major works to ensure you maintain your independence. We have specialised knowledge in overcoming access problems to your property and have solutions to most stepping, ramping, lift and slipping challenges that you may be currently dealing with. For example we can ensure that your route from where you exit you vehicle to where you enter you home is accessible by wheelchair in all weather conditions and if limited mobility is the concern we can provide all weather railing and grab rail combinations to allow you a safe journey whatever the outside conditions. We have excellent knowledge of widening footpaths, adapting taps , relocating of control switches and sockets and provision of remote external lighting.

If you require major Works to your property we can work with local planning authorities and building control to take the worry about making major changes to the outside of your house. We are able to adapt driveways and property entrances to allow easy access and we can if required build parking solutions with dropped kerbs, storage facilities for mobility scooters (with power for recharding) and complete lift/ramp solutions to help you as independent as possible.
