Rolle Quay, Barnstaple

We recently completed a cleverly designed conversion at an apartment on Rolle Quay in Barnstaple. The conversion was carried out by our own construction team after a free survey and consultation with Living Needs.

An under-used corner of a bedroom was converted into a spacious easy access bathroom for its delighted owner. With a foldaway shower seat, handrails and a non-slip flooring, low-level toilet this has truly future proofed what was already a lovely apartment and added a bit of luxury. Stunning marble effect shower panels have been used throughout the bathroom for easy cleaning.

Deryck and I would like to thank you for all the personal help and care with the plan for our new bathroom. It looks absolutely fabulous and is very functional for Deryck and myself. Nigel and the team were very, very helpful with carers coming going and we appreciated Nigel's help especially
